At iS Clinical, we stand behind the efficacy of our botanical skincare and want you to be completely satisfied with your regimen. If you are not happy with your purchase, products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our Customer Care team via the online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least half-full and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our laboratory verifies the return, your original payment method will be credited within 5-10 business days.
